born on Jan 4, 1951. His father is Damodaran Nair and mother is Bhavani Amma.
After his primary education upto SSLC he started learning Kathakali Chutti from 1967 under Prabhakaran and Kalanilayam Parameswaran and participated in Kathakali performances from 1970. He is working in Postal E.D. Department.
Has done Chutti to almost all famous artists and paricipated in Kathakali performances in almost all famous Temples of Kerala and in Clubs like Eranakulam, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Aluva, etc. Has got 'Ponnada' from different places.
